When winter hits the Pacific Northwest, even a light dusting can quickly make driveways, parking lots, and sidewalks difficult to manage. If you’d rather not spend your morning shoveling in the dark, professional snow removal is a smart investment in safety and peace of mind.

At North County Landscape Co., we keep commercial properties clear and safe through reliable, well-equipped snow removal services across Whatcom, Snohomish, and King Counties.

Snow Removal Pricing

We believe in clear, upfront pricing. Every service is billed hourly with a one-hour minimum per visit.

  • Hand shovel service: $110 per hour
    • Perfect for sidewalks, stairs, and smaller spaces where equipment can’t reach.
  • Deicing service: $155 per hour
    • Plus the cost of liquid and/or granular product applied. We’ll choose the right material for your surfaces to prevent refreezing and keep high-traffic areas safe.
  • Snow plow truck with V-plow: $275 per hour
    • Ideal for large driveways, private roads, and parking lots that need quick, efficient clearing.
  • Skid steer or loader with sectional plow: $325 per hour
    • Best for heavy accumulations or expansive lots that require extensive snow displacement.

All services have a one-hour minimum charge.

Why Professional Snow Removal Matters

Snow might not linger long in Western Washington, but when it falls, it can disrupt everything from business hours to basic access. Hiring a professional team means:

  • Fast response times during active weather
  • Proper deicing materials that protect both surfaces and the surrounding landscapes
  • No damage to driveways, curbs, or landscaping from improper shoveling or plowing
  • Reliable service from a fully staffed local company that answers the phone on the first ring

Many companies rely on limited crews or rented equipment during winter. North County maintains a dedicated snow and ice management team, well-maintained vehicles, and a responsive office that tracks every route. That’s the difference between a last-minute plow and a planned, dependable service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer residential snow removal?

No. At this time, we only serve commercial clients.

Do I need to be present for service?

Nope. Our crews handle snow and deicing while you stay warm inside. We’ll document each visit and make sure access areas are open and safe.

What’s the difference between plowing and deicing?

Plowing removes accumulated snow. Deicing prevents or eliminates ice buildup after clearing. Using both keeps surfaces safer and reduces refreezing.

How soon should I schedule snow removal?

It’s best to schedule before the first snowfall. Pre-booked clients are placed on our active service routes and receive top priority during storms.

Do you relocate snow?

No, we’ve never needed to relocate snow. Our plows and loaders allow us to clear and stack snow efficiently on-site.
